Phil Weatherly Custom Homes has been in business since 1987. During that time, WCH has designed over 75 custom homes. Floorplans have ranged from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet and have been built throughout Southern California. Phil Weatherly has worked individually with each client to help them create their desired dream home. Additionally, he has worked on occasion as the general contractor for his clients.
